Privacy Policy for Tim Claude Access
Effective date: October 12, 2026
What this app is
Tim Claude Access is a private Google sign-in app. Tim Barber owns it and is its only user. It is not offered to the public, and nobody else can sign up or connect an account.
What it does
The app lets Claude, the AI assistant Tim runs on his own computer, work in Tim's own Google accounts when Tim asks it to. It connects four accounts, all Tim's own: one personal Gmail and three work accounts. It can reach Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Contacts, and Tasks.
It reads mail, calendar events, and files, and it can write drafts. It does not send an email unless Tim approves that specific email.
Where the data goes
Sign-in tokens stay on Tim's computer, in the macOS Keychain.
When Tim asks Claude to work with an email, event, or file, that content is sent to Anthropic, the company that makes Claude, so Claude can read it. Nothing is sold, used for ads, or shared with anyone else.
What is collected
No data is collected about anyone beyond what already sits in Tim's own accounts. People who email Tim are not tracked.
How to remove access
Tim can revoke the app's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
